Lolly Chessie

Hi everyone! My name is Lolly Chessie and I love crafts! I live in the North Texas area with my husband Ron and our 3 dogs (Dog, Charlotte and Harriet). I work full time but spend tons of time outside of my job in my craft room! I started painting rocks with my mom’s oil paints when I was 4 and doing ceramics and pottery with her when I was 5. Mom and I still do crafts together nearly every weekend (it’s pretty safe to say she’s my very bestest friend)! I love to combine many different mediums in my projects and adore layers and texture too I find inspiration everywhere I look and keep a little book with me at all times so I can quickly sketch ideas before they fly away into la la land!!!

My goal in teaching is to help folks see items they might think are tied to one specific type of craft in a whole new light (all the while having fun and creating something they will be proud of)! I love to laugh and have a good time and try to keep things relaxed and laid back!

Drew Scott

Hi everyone! My name is Drew Scott. I’m 15 years old and have been scrapbooking since Christmas 2009 and I am still addicted to it! I left public high school and began homeschooling which gives me 20 extra hours per week to do what I love and almost a 4.0 GPA! I love creating mini albums, mixed media projects and altered art. My style is shabby chic/vintage and texture is a very important aspect, when creating my projects. I teach and volunteer at my local scrapbooking and jewelry store, I am having so much fun!!!! I love creating projects that are fast and simple but look like they took hours and hours to make. Prima allows you to do that with their amazingly detailed flowers. I love using bling! I have to have some sort of shine or pop on my project or else it’s considered unfinished. I can’t believe how much I’ve grown since my first mini album. I am constantly teaching on line, through YouTube and my blog. For me, creativity is the key!

Jamie Dougherty

I was raised around many different talented and artistic people. Who were very encouraging and supportive. Always teaching me new skills in arts and crafts. When I reached High school my main focus became painting and sculpting. Life had taken over and my love for art took a backseat to family but when my daughter was born in 2003 I decided to begin scrapbooking, taking those memories and journaling them for future generations.

Like everyone my style has morphed and expanded since I began. Recently I went back to my roots of fine arts and meld my two passions together. Bringing my paper arts into my fine mixed media skills. My style is eclectic and varies on the design and subject I’m creating for, I don’t limit myself with a label. I love to step outside of the box and push my limits. I enjoy teaching others the skills I have learned and created and inspiring others to find their own styles and creativity.

I live in Southern California with my husband and our two children, I am blessed with the opportunity to work on my art full time while being their for my children.

Cari Fennell – Coordinator

I live in upstate New York with my Husband and two sons. I am a SAHM and I teach classes for my local scrapbook store. Our favorite things to do are travel and spend time together as a family. It is always an adventure with this crew! I started scrapbooking 8 years ago and I never dreamed I would take it to this level. I am having so much fun! My style has changed so much over these years and I continue to challenge myself to be as creative as possible-that’s what makes it so fun for me! I am very fortunate to have discovered a wonderful hobby where I can express myself creatively and enjoy all of my memories.
