Where do I go to find information regarding the classes?

Right here on our website, livewithprima.com. Browse through the entire site to find participating retailers, archived videos, instructor bios, a direct link to our show page on ustream and more! We also post class information every week on Tuesdays on the Prima blog. You can find the blog here: prima.typepad.com

Where do I go to watch the classes?

We have a direct link to the live broadcast on our website, livewithprima.com or go to ustream.com, search “Prima Marketing” and it will take you right to our show page.

How do I participate in the chat?

Create a free log in on ustream.com. Once you log in, you are able to participate in the chats. Our chats are located right next to the video screens on our show page. Just type in the box below the chat and click enter. Then you will see your comment appear in the chat

What’s the easiest way to get to your show page?
Simply go to our website, livewithprima.com and click on the tab at the top of the screen labeled, “Watch LWP”. It will take you right to our show page.

What if I miss a class or I can’t make the scheduled time?

No worries! We record and archive all of our classes. You can see a list of archived classes on our website, livewithprima.com under the “Archive” tab or you can go to our show page on ustream.com– scroll down the page and you will see a listing of classes.

How soon is the class posted after it has been aired?
The class will appear in the listings a few minutes after the show has ended.

How do I receive a private message on the chat?
Just above the box where you type for the chat, you will see a box with the word “audience” in it. If you have a message from another viewer, their login name will appear in a similar box right next to the “audience” box. Click on the box and the message will appear. To return to the chat, click on the “audience” tab and the regular chat screen will appear.

Can I purchase class kits from the shows?

Yes! On our website, livewithprima.com, click on the “store locator” tab and it will list online stores that carry the Live with Prima class kits or stores that carry a large selection of Prima products. Click on the store names and it will take you directly to their sites.

Are you on Facebook?
Yes! We have a Live with Prima Facebook group and everyone is welcome to join! We send out class reminders, stores announce class kits that are available for purchase and you can ask us about anything you need to know regarding the shows!

Why does the video sometimes freeze or look choppy? The video may act up at times for a couple of reasons. Glitches often occur at the beginning of the shows due to a high volume of viewers logging in at once. Once everyone has logged in, the video will stream a lot smoother. Another possible reason is that your internet has a hard time uploading the video steam. There are a few things you could try that may help. Log out of other websites and close out other screens you have open, switch to another browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome, or refresh your screen at the top of the show page.

Do you have a newsletter that you send out regarding upcoming classes?
Yes-we have a monthly newsletter that we send out at the end of each month. You can sign up for the newsletter on livewithprima.com

What if I have a question about the project during the show?

Our instructors try their best to answer your questions during the show, however they do miss a few on occasion. To help with your questions, we have moderators present on the chat, during every show. They can usually answer your questions and assist you during the shows. You will see their responses appear in blue on the chat screen.

Can I post a link to my blog or another website on the chat?

We discourage our viewers from linking to other sites or from self promoting during our shows, so that we keep the main focus on the instructor and to cause less confusion during the chats. You are welcome to send someone a private message with that kind of information if they request it.

Can I post a link to my store on the chat?

We ask that retailers refrain from linking unless they carry Live with Prima class kits.
